Introduction and Acceptance

2. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

The Company reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

While 9ph22 strives to maintain continuous availability of the Service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. 7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 9ph22, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your 9ph22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. The Company reserves the right to retain transaction records as required by applicable law and regulation.

8.2 Termination by Company

9ph22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, you may forfeit any outstanding balance in your account.

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

9ph22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
